Step 1: Quote.

Step 2: Prepare.
After you’ve decided to move forward with your printing project, the next step is to send us your files so we can put a proof together for you. Fortunately, this just means using our easy online delivery method.
When you request a quote from us, we store your project information and send you a quote number. All you have to do is head over to our Submit Your Order page and enter that quote number and your email address. Simple instructions will follow instructing you how to submit your files.
Step 3: Proof.
So you’ve received your quote. You’ve prepped your files and sent them to us.
Our staff will now review everything about the job and confirm that we have what we need to produce your book. If needed, we’ll contact you to iron out any final details before your job is then handed over to our pre-press department and they work their magic.
Within 48 hours, you will receive a PDF proof and any technical questions that need to be answered. This is where you’ll make sure your book looks exactly like you want it to. After ensuring everything is in order, all you have to do is reply to the email we sent containing the proof and let us know everything is ready to go.
Step 4: Print.
After you’ve confirmed that the proofs are exactly what you want, we’ll start up the presses. Our own well-trained staff will take great care with your product throughout the process. In addition to printing, we also cut, collate, assemble and bind the books at our location, which means we maintain total quality control.
Here’s where printing with a full-service commercial printer works to you advantage. Our planning team considers all aspects of your job: coverage, resolution, line screen, ink, density, paper stock, grain direction and a number of other variables before they commit your book to production.
When they are satisfied that the best plan of action has been reached, our pre-press team coordinates all technical aspects and begins the first quality control checks. They then release it to the press room. Our experienced and well-trained production staff take it from there and ensure a quality product in a timely fashion.
Once your book is printed and assembled, all that’s left is shipping, and we’ll cater to your needs no matter what they may be. Need all your books drop shipped to a distributor? Not a problem. Want to split up the shipment? We’ll take care of that, too. We can even ship to several different bookstores. Just let us know what you need.
